Immigration Evaluations

We conduct comprehensive, objective forensic psychological evaluations for use in immigration proceedings for T Visa and extreme hardship cases. In addition to a clinical interview of the applicant, we incorporate information from collateral sources, medical/mental health records, and psychological testing when available and/or appropriate. We have been specifically trained in the use of interpreters in psychological settings and in conducting culturally-competent forensic psychological assessments.
