Psychosexual Evaluations
These involve a detailed examination of present and past behavior patterns and sexual history, psychosexual clinical interviews, inventory of sexual cognitive patterns, interest, knowledge, and arousal patterns. Specialized psychometric procedures provide objective information relevant to the evaluation. Abnormal or deviant sexuality is dealt with in a non-judgmental fashion emphasizing developmental or behavioral forces that have shaped the client’s patterns.
We address both community safety and factors influencing an individual’s change potential. These evaluations are usually prepared in response to attorney, court or human services agency referrals.
